Souvenirs is the name I've given the special vehicles that you can't pick
up anywhere in Vice City and will only appear under special circumstances.
In short, here they are:
- The all white PCJ600 motorcycle
- The FBI Rancher
- The black Voodoo
- Romero's Hearse
- 100% bulletproof Admiral
- Hilary's Sabre Turbo
At the beginning of the third assasination contract (payphone mission) (named Autocide), you're told that some stuff are stashed further down the road and are at your disposal. Follow the teal blip on the radar. Apart from the weapons inside the garden, there's a unique motorcycle parked outside: an all-white PCJ600 bike. I'd use that one to complete the mission if I was you, and then store it in one of your garages afterwards.
The FBI are driving some COOL all black Ranchers with a blue light in the window and a cool siren. However, they will only appear if you reach 5 stars on your wanted level. However, this is your chance for grabbing one of them. I prefer to do it near the Hyman Condo or Sunshine Autos (even better), where the garages are nearby. Start shooting everything that moves, and soon you'll have the coveted five stars :-). Have an FBI Rancher park nearby, and mow down the four FBI agents that get out. Get into the ranchers and quickly drive it into the garage.
I prefer Sunshine Autos for this purpose, for one reason: the spray shop in the basement. After capturing and storing one or more of the FBI ranchers, you can run upstairs, grab a car and drive back downstairs to the spray shop, thereby getting rid of your wanted level in one fell swoop.
This car (along with Romero's Hearse) only appear during the third mission for Avery Tolar named Two Bit Hit. If you're reading this page, you're probably interested in souvenirs, and so you want to pick up both of them. Here's how.
You should approach the funeral parlour from behind the eastern wall (from Auntie Poulet's house, if you prefer). Run through the alley and wait for the text "Great! They've spotted you" to appear on the screen. Mow down the first Voodoo car in sight and every Haitian you can see. Shoot the brown Voodoo's as well, but be careful. One of the Hearses will take off and your target will be inside. Leave it alone for now. Look around you. One of the Voodoos there will be black. Kill every Haitian that is left and get into the Voodoo. Drive it down to Sunshine Autos and park it in one of your garages.
Next, grab a car from the display room upstairs and drive north. Now, there are three bridges from the Eastern mainland to the Western ditto. You're heading for the middle one (the one at the Links View Golf Club). Unless you're very slow, your target will not have reached the bridge yet. Once on the bridge, park your car right after you start stop your car and get out. Whip out your sniper rifle. Wait for the Hearse to come towards you in the opposite lane and take out the driver with the sniper rifle. Now the gang leader is at your mercy, and once you've killed him in any nasty way you prefer, Romero's Hearse is at your disposal, and you should drive it to a garage for storage.

During the "Guardian
Angels" mission, Riccardo Diaz will arrive in a Mercedes. This
is a unique vehicle, since it's 100% bulletproof. If you want to hold
on to this little gem, simply wait for the initial dialogue between Tommy
and Diaz to end. Then waste Diaz and his guards. :-)
Presto, you now have a 100% indestructible car! They can't even puncture
your tires!
(By the way: this car will come in VERY handy during the first Diaz mission
where you chase a couple of gangsters that keep shooting at you. Just
position yourself right behind them and smile while his bullets keeps
bouncing off your Mercedes. :-)
This car has nothing special about it compared to the Sabre Turbo at the
car shop, except it's a different way of obtaining a Sabre Turbo (rather
than completing mission at the Sunshine Autos.
When you enter the race with Hillary, do this: instead of racing him,
just go to the Malibu Club, get out of the car and wait for Hillary to
win the race. His car will become empty and roll to a stop. It is locked,
but you can actually push the car to your nearest garage. Once you've
let the garage door shut, he car will be unlocked and ready for use next
time you enter.
