Spilling the Beans
I recommend having a helicopter for this one as well as a good submachine gun, a gatling gun or the M4. After visiting Kent Paul, fly to the bare strip of land across the road from the super tanker that is your target, the one with all the trailers. Land in between the trailers to obstruct the police a little from getting to your chopper when you make your getaway. Now take the left gangway onto the ship and start the mayhem while working your way to the top to see the counterfeit agent. Use the same gangway to get back and quickly get into your helicopter. You should be able to take off before the cops get to your chopper, and now simply fly back to the Print Works.

Hit the Courier
Helicopter recommended too, the Hunter (gunship) if possible. Go to the docks and waste all the nasty women in there with the machine gun on your Hunter, while keeping your distance, since the Hunter is surprisingly vulnerable to machine gun ammunition. DO NOT use missiles! If you accidently hit the three cars in the back, the courier will not get out of the helicopter. In fact I recommend approaching the yard from the left, so that the three cars are concealed behind the shack. That way you can't hit them with the machine gun either. once all the bitches are dead, land your gunship inside the yard and go stand behind the shelter closest to the three cars. Wait until it says that the courier has arrived, now pop out from your hiding place and waste the courier. Quickly get the briefcase and return to your Hunter. Return to the Print Works and you're done.
Reward: Print Works will now yield money.

Cap the collector
(This mission requires a certain amount of estate revenue to be enabled. Five different estates to be exact, and one of these need to be the Print Works. I recommend having the Boat Yard and Sunshine Autos yielding money (i.e. completing the missions associated with those estates), because this means the collectors will tax these two first).
You can do this mission easily if you have the Hunter (the gunship). This way (if you really master the helicopter), you can make it to the Boat Yard in time to pop the first two before they tax the business. The other two set of collectors will then also head for the boat yard, and you can just massacre them as they approach. Alternatively, have a mini gun or some radio triggered grenades ready. Once you've wasted the first two guys that tried to tax the Boat Yard, travel North again and stand on the pavement. Either do a splatterfest with the mini gun as they pass by, or have a radio triggered hand grenade laying on the road, which you detonate as the bike pass over it (the most fun method of stopping the collectors).
