Have a sub-machine gun or (preferably) a mini gun ready. At the starting
line, get in front of the three bikers. Whip out the gatling gun and pop
the front (or rear) tires on all three competitors' bikes. Make sure you
don't hit the bikers. Note: they will take off as soon as you pop the
first one. If you pop tires on all three bikes, cruising to victory is
a doddle. Get on an Angel on front of the bar and make sure you use your
hand brake at every corner, since the Angel handles like a freight train.
Gatling gun or bazooka essential. Right across the street in front of
the bar is Howlin' Pete's Bike Emporium. Break the glass and steal the
bike. Go East and when the road bends North, make a right up the stairs
(where the Scumole Shack is located). Once on the roof go the West end,
where you can overlook the long two-lane road that runs North/South. Standing
on the roof overlooking the roads, whip out the olde painless (no, your
Mini gun!) and blast everything that moves. Soon a police helicopter arrives.
Once you've taken that out, you should have completed the mission, otherwise
keep firing. When mission is wrapped, get on your bike and jump off the
roof onto the road. Head South like a bat out of hell and get into the
Pay'n'Spray to lose your Wanted Level.
Repeat the steal-a-bike trick above, and go West. Where the road splits
up, take the road leading North. Where the road ends (T-intersection)
is a staircase on the right. Jump it at full speed and you'll be on the
roof where the mission kicks off. Now, you can either get off the bike
and mow down everything while slowly making your way towards Baker's hog,
or (since the gangsters inside this compound keeps coming and coming)
I stay on the bike and jump into the yard. Keep firing your sub-machine
gun, quickly go to the hog and get on it (keep a lookout, because the
gangsters will come from both directions). Get on the bike, make a right
and go to the far end of the yard (blast away with your gun). Once there,
make a right u-turn. In front of you is a white staircase. Jump it at
a moderate speed, and you're back on the main road. Now give the gun a
rest, make an immediate right and follow the road East and later on South.
Continue all the way to the biker's club. Four Gang Burritos will be chasing
you. If you have the Mini gun, you might want to get off and take them
all out, but this is not essential, since they won't catch up with you
if you know how to handle a hog.
