Arguably the simplest mission of the game. After the video sequence, get
into the car of your choice (the Cheetah (Ferrari Testarossa lookalike)
is the fastest). Make a right when you exit the docks, and go around the
block. Pick the third left and stop inside the pink marker at the Pole
Position Club.
First go to the Malibu Club and speak to Kent Paul. Go back South and
drive into the alley. It is very practical to have something more powerful
than the hand gun for this misson, but a knight stick will do too. You
can get a knight stick from the police station in Washington Beach or
by killing a police officer. Either method will earn you two stars on
the Wanted Level-meter. I use a shotgun, which you get from entering a
police car (find them at the back of the police station in Washington
Beach). Each time you enter a police car, you get five rounds of ammunition.
There is also a shotgun on the beach (see the item
map). Blast the chef immediately and pick up his phone. After the
video sequence with Lance, switch back to shotgun again and blast the
other three chefs out of the sky. Go with Lance to the Ammu-Nation and
drive back to the hotel. You can interrupt the video sequence at Ammu-Nation
by accelerating your car.
Once again, I find the shotgun extremely useful, but a knight stick will
do too (see above mission). Pick the juror to the North first. Blast his
car twice (not his tires) and he's "persuaded". Now go to the
guy in the South. Start by punching him in the face once. He'll get into
his car and drive right into an accident with a truck. Now blast his car
(not his tires) twice with the shotgun and the mission is done.
The night stick is rather essential here, I think. Get it from a police
officer or from the police station in Washington Beach. Pick one worker
at the time and beat the living daylights out of them. Once the third
guy is dead, the workers will try to storm the gate. Forget about workers
and guards now. They'll start a mass brawl and be rather busy. Position
yourself so you can hit the right barrel inside the gate with a gun (but
do not enter the gate). Now get out a hand gun or preferably a submachine
gun. Blast the barrel on the right once (this will also take out the guard).
Now enter the gate and get into the remaining truck on the left. Move
it so that the front of the car is right in front of the remaining barrel.
Now get out of the truck and gain a little distance from both barrel and
vehicle. Blast the barrel and you're done.
Reward: Your phone will ring and both Colonel Cortez and Avery
Tolar are now available on the map ("C" and "A").
