Hidden packages Wait until you have a helicopter (when the Western part of town is available). Go to the Hyman Condo or the Downtown Police Station and grab a helicopter. Use the Hidden Packages Map to assist you in locating all 100. Save your game when you get near one of your safehouses or businesses, since having to redo the hidden packages again is very tiresome. Pick up the items as they're numbered, otherwise you will lose count at one time or other. Read the descriptions on the map if you have trouble locating an item, and if you still can't find it, go ahead and e-mail me. Reward: A Hunter is now available either at the Army Base, or at the Helipad on the very South edge of Ocean Beach if the Army base "slot" is already occupied.
