Drive by the building and park your car a little further up the road on
the left, right in front of the police bribe in between the palm trees
and bushes. This will come in very handy soon! Enter the building and
saw the two henchmen in half. Now switch to a light weapon or your bare
hands and run up to the scumbag. Kill him with any weapon you please.
Now quickly get back to your car. The cops will be on your tail. The moment
you accelerate, you'll pick up a police bribe if you've parked as described
above. Now you can go pick up another police bribe if you please (see
the item map), but I usually
just head back to Colonel Cortez. Provided you don't break the law further
on the way, you'll automatically complete the mission on the way there.
Getting rid of your Wanted Level while inside your car is what ends the
mission.
Bring a sub-machine gun! You can find one behind the Pay'n'Spray shop
in Ocean Beach. Now go to the mall and park your car in the parking lot.
Run into the mall and up the stairs. Once you've spoken to the frenchman,
you'll be shot at from all directions. HURRY down the escalator and make
a 180 degree right turn. Pick the first left and you'll be on your way
out of the mall. If you're quick enough, you can see the frenchman escaping
to the right once you get outside. Blast him with your submachine gun
before he makes it to the motorcycle, otherwise you have a bike chase
to do. Pick up the briefcase and run back through the mall and into the
parking lot. Now burn rubber back to Colonel Cortez.
Bring a sub-machine gun! First you need to go to the car park. Pick up
the Ruger assult rifle and Lance will pop up. Go with Lance to the location
of the exchange and run up the stairs after the video sequence. Use the
Ruger to take out the Haitians as they come by. When you've blasted the
last one, two motorcycles will hurry by and grab the money. One of them
is killed. Quickly get on the bike (I usually just jump down the staircase
and dash over to the bike). Pursue the Haitian through the alleyways and
once you're pretty close to him, take him out with the submachine gun
(you can't fire anything else from a motorbike, and so you're in trouble
if you don't have a sub-machine gun). Once he's dead, pick up the briefcase
and return to Diaz.
Reward: Riccard Diaz missions.
This is one of the most difficult missions of the game. A bazooka with
at least 8 greanes at your disposal is rather essential here as is a sniper
rifle. You can find the bazooka in the pool at the "Hooker In"
just southwest of Sunshine Autos (large red building complex), and the
sniper rifle is on the rooftop right next to the "Kaufman Cabs"
advertising board east of Umberto Robina's café. A helicopter is
also a must. If you dont have money to buy the Hyman Condo, you can pick
up a police helicopter by using the stairs at the back of the police station
in Downtown. From Cortez' boat, fly over Riccardo Diaz' mansion and land
on the bare strip of land to the right of the bridge leading from Starfish
Island to Little Havana. Cross the road and proceed a little North. You
should now see the military caravan in the distance. Now ready your bazooka,
and once the caravan is within "rocket distance", take out the
lead vehicle. The two trucks will start to accelerate towards you. Take
them out as soon as possible, but don't waste your grenades, i.e. take
aim first. Once the two trucks are out, you'll probably have some soldiers
to finish off. Switch to the sniper rifle and take them all out. You'll
know when you've taken out the last one, because the two people in the
tank will abandon it ("I'm getting outta here!"). Now enter
the tank and take the first right. Drive around the block and into the
pink blip at the garage. Once you do this, your wanted level is reset.
Now simply park it inside the garage and presto!

I have found a much easier way to capture that tank. Instead of gunning
all the soldiers down, follow the convoy. Don't give the soliders grief
though. Eventually they will stop at a donut shop. The driver of the tank
will go to get the donuts, so now's your chance. Just hop in the tank
and drive it to the garage. Piece of cake!
Reward: "Death Row" mission.
A mini gun (or a bazooka) is a must here. Have the hidden packages (or
the Phil Cassidy missions) completed by now. This will grant you both
of these weapons. If you have the gatling gun, this mission is rather
easy. Simply blast EVERYTHING that moves as there are no friendly boats
on this mission. Don't let the boats get close to Cortez's yacht. FBI
agents will start boarding the ship if you do. Once you're taken out all
boats and the two helicopters coming in from the East, hurry over to the
West side of the boat and get ready for the gunship approaching from the
Southwest. Take it out as soon as you can. Once this is done, the mission
is over, and you won't see Cortez again.
