Well, if you can master this mission, you can master anything in the speed
boat! Once again, there is NO easy way around this one. However, once
you get the hang of controlling the speed boat, the only big obstacle
on this mission should be the series of three jumps at the docks in Washington
Beach. Take the left boat. It is by far the fastest! Now, the thing about
the triple jump sequence is that you can't do them at full speed for two
reasons:
1. you'll go so fast that you jump OVER the blips
2. there's no way you can hit the following jump correctly
Instead, take it easy over all three jumps, and do NOT have the gas on
when you hit the water. Maneuver your boat with gentle bursts of gas so
that it has the right direction for the next jump. Now you can floor it
again. Don't worry about the time. If you make it past these three jumps
without having to redo any of them, there will be plenty of time to finish
the course, and the rest is pretty straightforward for as skilled captain
like you! :-)
