You should have a fast car available for this one. Once you have the first
briefcase, you need to get back to your car on the double. Go to the next
briefcase and pick it up. For each briefcase you pick up, you'll gain
two stars on your Wanted Level. Once you've picked up the second one,
take great care. If your car is about to blow up, get out and finish the
rest of the mission on foot. Stick to the walls, try to get behind every
telephone pole and tree you come by and choose every alley possible while
making your way back to the Auntie Poulet. The FBI and the cops will go
berserk on you, so hurry up all the way.
Controlling a propeller plane is a whole new experience, and as with the
helicopter missions, you'll have to learn it. Sorry, there is no shortcut!
Once you get the hang of it, the best way of hitting the boats is by doing
a steep dive and pulling up as late as you can, releasing the bomb as
close to the ground as possible (within reason, of course). Start by doing
a run on the boats. With a little luck, you'll get one or two, maybe even
all three. If one or more boats manage to escape, hit the car and the
gangsters on shore first. The boats won't travel out of reach anyway.
Then for the trickier bit: the moving targets, i.e. the boats. Once again,
try to do steep dives so that the bombs will go off soon after you release
them. This makes the target much easier to hit. However, as said, don't
count on passing this mission first time around, because you have to learn
a whole new kind of flying.
Go to the rooftop where the pink blip is at before you open fire. The
trick here is that you're not obliged to stick to the sniper rifle. Have
a mini gun ready! Once you're in position on the roof (not necessarily
in the pink blip but anywhere on the roof, in fact). Take out the cubans
as fast as you can, but take aim first, making sure you don't hit any
Haitians. Be on the lookout for a van full of Cubans to arrive. When this
happens, switch to the gatling gun and blow up the car ASAP. Soon after,
a whole bunch of Cubans come running from the left. A gatling gun is very
useful here too. As a whole, if you're not utterly useless with the sniper
rifle, and if you realise that you needn't stick to one specific weapon,
this mission should be a cakewalk. You can also choose to take the adrenaline
pill underneath the stairs that lead up to the roof. This will slow down
things considerably, making it very easy to hit the Cubans.
