The trick is to have a rather fast car AND not to approach him from behind.
I actually prefer the ambulance for this mission, since you're sure to
knock him off his bike with such a heavy vehicle, and at the same time,
the ambulance is rather quick.
Follow your mark on the radar and around the block(s) so
that you have the chance to take him head on. Now ram him head on, quickly
stop the car, get out and finish him off with a sub-machine gun or an
assault rifle.
You should have a FAST car for this one, and make sure it's in mint condition
when you pick up the phone. Once again, I actually prefer the ambulance
for this mission. It's one of the most durable vehicles in the game, and
it's the only one of these "heavy duty" vehicles that has the
speed to keep up with a Porsche 911, which your mark is driving. Imagine
chasing her down in the fire truck ... didn't think so.
Once the chase is on, try to avoid hitting other things than her vehicle
for this one. It is better to stay on the road and spend a little more
time ramming her car rather than having your own car blow up before your
mark's. Shoving her into other cars and objects is also very beneficial.
Once her car starts burning, gain a little distance between you and her.
You needn't put miles between the two cars, though, so if you wanna watch
the explision, just make sure you are a little down the road when it happens
... say six or seven car lengths.
I suggest you take the motorcycle that is provided for you at the teal
blip on your radar. It has a special white coating, that no other PCJ
600 will have in the game, so it's a very nice souvenir. Your first mark
is up on the advertising board on the southwest corner of the mall. Take
him out with the sniper rifle. For the remaining targets I recommend bazooka
or mini gun. The last guy is cruising around the town on a motorbike.
I recommend taking him out from the motorcycle, so make sure you have
a sub-machine gun for this mission. If you're good on the PCJ 600, you
shouldn't have trouble staying behind him until he's a gonner.
A helicopter is almost essential here, as it will save you a LOT of trouble.
Land the chopper in the middle of the large grassy area behind the wave-shaped
advertising board ("Vice Surf") outside the main terminal. Now
get in, pick up the phone and follow the instructions. Once you've killed
your mark and his bodyguard, pick up the briefcase and hurry outside.
Make sure you pick up all your weapons outside. Now get inside your chopper.
Having landed on the grassy area should keep the police cruisers away.
If not, make sure you take the officers out before you enter the helicopter.
Now fly North to Ammu Nation in Downtown and end the mission.
Have a sniper rifle, a mini gun (or bazooka) and a good machine gun for
this mission. Start by blowing up the first car inside the gate. Proceed
inside and take out what you can see. When you approach the corner of
the wall, keep to the left. As you approach the corner, you'll see a car
around the corner. Blow it up, as this will kill a few baddies in one
stroke. There's another car behind it. If it hasn't blown up already,
take it out too. Now go to the foot of the stairs that are in front of
you as you enter the compound. Take out the sniper rifle and take out
as many as you can see. Now run up the stairs to the "top floor"
and use the sniper rifle again on everything that moves. Take your time
scouting the area, as this mission is not on a timer. Proceed all the
way to the end of the scaffold and repeat the sniper action again. Now
you should have taken out all the guards with the exception of those on
the roof and maybe one or two more. Now you can run around and start making
your way to the rooftop without being in too much danger. Once on the
rooftop, slowly make your way over to the chopper while keeping an eye
on the other side of the roof. There will be a total of five baddies on
the other side of the two vents. Once they're all finished, grab the briefcase
and cruise to the helipad at Escobar International Airport. There will
be noone chasing you, so put your feet up :-).
